Agents, if you already have a
username and password, you can order title online through our Online
Title Order Tracking System. After typing in your
title
insurance order, please submit the following to Premier Title:
- Signed Contract
- Escrow Check
- Buyer and Seller Marital Status
- Buyer and Seller Social Security
Number
Print and Fax or Email Orders
You may also print and fax, or
email an order to us. To fax, please
download and print the following Title
Insurance Order Form, fill it out and fax it to Premier Title at
352-732-4812,
along with a copy of the signed contract. After faxing,
please deliver the escrow check to Premier Title.
