Donna Dolan - Manager / Closer
Donna has twelve years of experience in the Title Insurance field.
She has managed Premier Title Partners of Ocala II, LTD.
since
its inception in 2003. Donna is also a full time closing
agent,
has been a licensed Title Agent since 1998, and is a Notary Public for
the State of Florida.

Kathy has an extensive background in title and real estate, having
worked in those industries for twenty-four years, and in bookkeeping /
accounting for thirty years. Twenty-two of those years were right here
in Ocala. She has been a Notary Public for the State of Florida for
over twenty years. Kathy has worked for Premier Title since
it
opened
in
2003.
Kathy graduated from Palm Beach Jr. College with an AA in 1985, and
from the University of Florida with a BA in 1990.
Kathy is a Florida native, and enjoys spending time with her family,
including her husband of twenty-two years and her two very active sons.

Kim has been in Ocala for a total of twenty-five years, and in the
lending / title company field for approximately twenty years.
She worked with a Savings & Loan Association in Miami, Florida
many
years ago, which is where she got her background in the lending side of
the business. Kim then moved to Ocala and went to work as a
loan
processor with a local company. She moved to Winter Haven and
worked as a loan officer for ten years. Kim went to work in
the
title industry after moving back to Ocala, and worked as a
closer
and title examiner for the last fifteen years. Kim is also a
Notary Public for the State of Florida.
Kim joined Premier Title in June, 2007.
Kim is married to a GREAT GUY, loves to spend time with her familly,
and is a grandmother of ten so she stays very, very busy!

Pat
has
over twenty years of experience in customer service, seven years
experience working in the title insurance field as a receptionist,
and three years with Premier Title. Pat ensures our Premier
Sevice by offering complete customer satisfaction which includes
processing and post closing duties.

Daisy
has
one year of experience working with an Attorney in the Title / Estate
field, plus seven years of experience in the title and mortgage
industries. She is also a certified Tax Professional,
certified
through H & R Block. Daisy is a Notary Public for the
State of Florida and is bilingual.
Daisy has been with Premier Title since March of 2004.
